Very easy ordering process. I asked for a design proof and they sent me a beautiful design in less than 2 hours. I purchased and received the sign the following week. Easy process and I love my decal.
Because of a USPS screw up, my sign came almost a month late.
I know it's not the fault of stickertitans, but they really should have contacted me. I had to contact them first.
The reason why I'm not leaving a 1 star review is because the customer service guy was very polite and that they would send out a replacement (for free). I received the second one today.
I don't even know when or if I'll ever receive the first one I ordered..but I was told that I could keep it.
