Fantastic customer service! We have car decal stickers we ordered previously that we just needed new phone numbers for. I contacted the customer service department via email. They put together a proof and emailed it over. I approved it and we received it within the week. I can't say enough how happy we are with Sticker Titans!
Was frustrated that the tracking info was not up to date and that the cuts on each letter were more jagged than I would have liked but from a distance you can't tell.
So aggravated! Every time I would place something in the cart to try and save my work to go over with my wife it would disappear. I kept having to remake it! Why is there no way to save your work to go back to order more?? We have multiple business vehicles and keep getting more. I want all the signs to be the same exact. I can't keep remembering the spacing and the sizes every time.
