I had uploaded the only logo file i had and it was low resolution, but the customer service guy (i think his name is jason?) recreated it for me for free. that's good service!
Fast Service and great experience. However, when I received my decal, some of the letters had to be pressed back onto the paper which made them a little crooked. But the quality is great :) Thank you!
I overlooked a typo and they were able to recreate only the segment that was misspelled efficiently, quickly, and super painlessly. My first encounter, making the original decal was not great, the guy was insulting a rude so to reach out with a mistake on my part and have it be so quick and easy and cheaper than paying for an entirely new decal was awesome. Thank you!
